Global Smart Card Technology Leader Seeks Exceptional Technical Operations Manager
Are you a technically brilliant operations manager with a passion for cuttingedge technology and international business Were seeking an exceptional Technical Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Asia driving innovation in smart card production for a global market.
About the Role: As our Technical Operations Manager youll be at the heart of our smart card manufacturing ecosystem overseeing complex production processes across China and Asia. This is not just a job its an opportunity to shape the future of smart card technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend smart card production from raw material procurement to final product shipping
Develop and implement efficiencyimproving systems and processes
Lead technical encoding and cryptography initiatives
Manage supplier relationships and international logistics
Conduct product testing for leading technologies (HID NXP IFX)
Oversee local IT infrastructure and technological implementations
Drive innovation through continuous technology investigation and demonstration
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Advanced degree in Engineering Computer Science or related technical field
5 years of experience in technical operations preferably in smart card payment processing or advanced manufacturing
Strong background in cryptography and technical system development
Proven track record of implementing operational improvements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with international teams
Technical Expertise Desired:
Smart card encoding technologies
Cryptographic system design
Manufacturing process optimization
IT infrastructure management
Technical documentation and process development
Cultural and Language Skills:
Proficiency in local Asian languages is a significant advantage
Ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultural contexts
