Job Summary
The Sales Manager (Manilabased) at Grafik Pine House Baguio managed by Chroma Hospitality Inc. a Filinvest Company is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing business opportunities in Metro Manila. This role focuses on building strong client relationships creating strategic partnerships and promoting the hotels services and facilities to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Manager serves as a key representative of the property in the Manila market ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate business from the Metro Manila market.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential corporate travel trade and MICE clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the hotel.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Manilabased clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the hotels leadership team for strategy adjustments.
- Sales Activities:
- Conduct sales calls presentations and site inspections for prospective clients.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows networking events and industry functions in Manila.
- Collaborate with the hotels Sales and Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and packages.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team at Grafik Pine House Baguio to align sales efforts and share client feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance client activities and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and client information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 35 years of experience in a sales role preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network and knowledge of the Metro Manila market.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support client and property requirements.
