Job Description
Position: Retention Agent (German)
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and trading profiles
- Promote new products and services to clients ensuring they are aware of the latest offerings
- Provide training and support to clients on the companys platforms and trading tools helping them maximize their experience
- Analyze client data and industry trends to identify opportunities for increasing client loyalty and developing strategies to enhance retention
- Maintain high levels of client acquisition retention and reactivation ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in FX sales is essential for understanding client needs and effectively engaging with them
- Knowledge of financial markets or trading experience is beneficial for providing clients with relevant insights
- Eligibility to work in Cyprus is required
- CySec Basic certification is an asset
- Selfmotivated and goaldriven with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Teamoriented with a collaborative approach to meeting client needs
- Previous experience in sales is preferred with a focus on client retention
- Advanced MS Excel skills will be a plus for tracking client data and performance
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to address client concerns and improve their experience

- What client would like to avoid are sales profiles from unregulated / offshore regulated companies. However sales profiles from CySEC regulated companies or CS profiles even from unregulated companies are welcomed.
