Job Description
We are representing a leading building services consultancy who are currently looking for an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer to join their team in Liverpool. Our client has a reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions and specialise in providing cuttingedge engineering services across various sectors including commercial residential healthcare and industrial projects.
As an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer you will play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of electrical systems for a range of exciting projects.
Tasks
- Collaborate with the MEP projects team to develop electrical engineering solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives.
- Conduct electrical system design calculations and analysis using industrystandard software.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings specifications and documentation.
- Assist in the management of projects including budget and schedule monitoring.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements to ensure the implementation of best practices.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 35 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on building services.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit and electrical analysis tools).
- Experience with sustainable and energyefficient design practices (desirable).
- Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
