Job Profile Sales manager PL and BL(DSA)
Location: Varanasi
CTC Upto 10LPA
Reports To: Sales Head/Regional Sales Manager
Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager will lead the personal loan and business loan sales efforts driving revenue growth managing a sales team and building strong client relationships. The role requires developing sales strategies achieving targets and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets for personal and business loans.
- Lead Generation: Oversee lead generation and conversion efforts ensuring a steady sales pipeline.
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients addressing their needs and concerns.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales performance reports and analyze data for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or related field.
- Experience: 5 years in sales with at least 23 years in personal/business loans.
- Skills: Strong leadership communication negotiation and problemsolving skills. Proficient in CRM tools.
Key Competencies:
- Targetdriven with strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
