CTC: For RMUp To 4LPA For Sr. RMUp To 5.5LPA For SMUp To 10LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 years in team handling
Product: Home Loan & LAP(Open Market)
Location: Rajkot
Responsibilities:
Sales: Drive Home Loan & LAP sales through open market sourcing; meet monthly targets.
Team Management: Lead train and monitor a sales team for high performance.
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction.
Market Insights: Analyze market trends identify opportunities and provide strategic inputs.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 2 years of experience in Home Loan & LAP sales.
Proven leadership excellent communication and strong market knowledge (Rajkot region).
