Job Description
- Building HR department structure and systems to ensure a high performance culture
- Build and nurture a missiondriven team aligned with company values fostering a highperformance culture
- Design initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction resolve conflicts and promote inclusivity and ethics
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent and ensure effective onboarding experiences
- Collaborate on strategic workforce needs and succession planning to support growth
- Implement appraisal systems create career development plans and recognize high performers
Requirements
Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience) from a recognized university
Experience of 68 years in HR generalist role in a wellreputed organization
Deep understanding and commitment to integrity ethics discipline and punctuality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in HR software Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably Zoho Recruit
Experience with HR audit and compliance
