What you will do:
Participate in 24x7 shifts.
Monitor the stability of our products with various internal tools.
Handling Technical Support for all our solutions such WebEmail Hosting (cPanel & Plesk Control Panels) Domain Name Registrations etc.
Provide prompt support via tickets live chat or on Call.
Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues customers are having with their plans and services.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelors in BSc IT Computer Science Engineer.
Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role preferably with experience in web hosting domain registration or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clear and effective interaction with customers.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
