- The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated area by developing and executing strategic sales plans managing a sales team and building strong relationships with key customers.

Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the area.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead manage and motivate the area sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Recruit train and develop sales representatives to ensure a highperforming team.
- Monitor individual and team performance providing regular feedback and coaching.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer needs concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with the customer service and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Track sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager highlighting achievements challenges and areas for improvement.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure the profitability of the area.
Market and Product Knowledge:
- Maintain deep knowledge of the company s products services and value propositions.
- Stay informed about industry developments market trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the area.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies legal requirements and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and sales agreements.
Crossfunctional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments (e.g. Marketing Product Development Customer Support) to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Participate in crossfunctional meetings to provide sales insights and feedback on product performance and customer needs.
