Job Description
- Oversee the installation maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and systems
- Supervise a team of technicians and provide guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety regulations and quality standards
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance of equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in overseeing mechanical maintenance and repair work
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Indepth knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Certification in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred
