About Us:
Tech First Gulf India is seeking an experienced and focused Travel Manager to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about travel have strong organizational skills and enjoy creating seamless travel experiences we d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Arrangements:
o Plan and book domestic and international travel including flights hotels and ground transportation.
o Ensure all travel arrangements align with employees preferences within specified budgets.
- Vendor Management:
o Build and maintain relationships with airlines hotels and travel agencies to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals.
o Negotiate contracts and agreements with travel service providers.
- Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure compliance with visa passport and other travel regulations.
o Maintain accurate records of bookings invoices and travel documentation.
- Support:
o Provide continuous support for urgent travel changes or emergencies and post travel assistance including feedback collection.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a travel agent tour manager or in a similar role.
Certification in IATA TICO or similar travel industry credentials.
Proficiency in using travel management software and online booking tools.
Work Experience 56 years 2 years in Travel booking is a must.
Strong knowledge of airline ticketing systems and hotel booking platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with visa processes and international travel regulations.
Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
