Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a SailPoint Developer you will be responsible for the endtoend development and deployment of applications onboarding managing the product life cycle and handling documentation logging and debugging processes. You will work closely with the business teams to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs ensuring seamless integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and other IAM technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement endtoend application onboarding and integration of business applications using SailPoint IIQ.
  
• Work on the development and customization of connectors particularly focusing on RestAPI & SCIM API connectors.
  
• Design and build customerspecific workflows for access certifications as well as Joiner Mover and Leaver processes within IIQ.
  
• Develop and implement aggregation connector and provisioning rules to streamline application onboarding.
  
• Modify outofthebox (OOTB) workflows to meet specific client requirements.
  
• Implement Joiner Mover and Leaver (JML) events and custom Lifecycle Management (LCM) workflows.
  
• Design and develop complex approval models for critical application requestbased provisioning.
  
• Lead large and complex Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to improve team processes and better meet customer needs.
  
• Troubleshoot and configure connectors effectively ensuring the smooth functioning of integrations.
  
• Guide team members in identifying and addressing less complex CI opportunities.
  
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and technologies.
  
• Deep understanding of integrating various enterprise applications (Active Directory SAP Salesforce Web Service Connectors).
  
• Ability to build release and import identity accessrelated changes while ensuring proper documentation.
  
• Develop and implement custom connectors based on client specifications.
  
• Perform advanced configuration of identity access workflows to enable seamless application onboarding.
  
• Demonstrate proficiency in customizing quicklinks quicklink categories emails custom objects and reports within SailPoint.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3 years of handson experience in SailPoint development particularly with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
  
• Proven experience in the installation integration and deployment of SailPoint IIQ in client environments.
  
• Experience in application onboarding connector development and lifecycle management using IIQ.
  
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory SAP Salesforce and Web Service Connectors.
  
• Expert understanding of Identity technologies and integrating applications within distributed environments.
  
• Proficiency in Java BeanShell/JavaScript JSP/Servlets and SQL.
  
• Strong handson experience with RestAPIs and Postman client.
  
• Knowledge of XML SPML/SOAP Web and Application Servers HTML.
  
• Experience with databases (Oracle Sybase MSSQL MySQL).
  
• Strong problemsolving and debugging skills.
  
• Good understanding of enterprise workflows and ability to create and troubleshoot advanced workflows.
  
• Knowledge of installation and setup of software on Windows and Unix/Linux platforms.
  
• Familiarity with notification configurations for user/admin actions.
