Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized tenacious and detailoriented Marketing Assistant to support our Head of Marketing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the daytoday operations of the marketing department ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Job Description:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Marketing including scheduling meetings managing calendars and handling correspondence.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating marketing projects ensuring that all tasks are completed according to the timeline and budget.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to gather data on market trends competitors and customer preferences to support marketing strategies.
  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events including trade shows client engagement and employer branding activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on marketing activities campaign performance and market research findings.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
  • FollowThrough: Ensure all marketing initiatives are followed through to completion with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality


Requirements

Requirements/Skills needed:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field with at least 3 years of industry experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g. CRM tools email marketing platforms social media management tools) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High level of tenacity and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the marketing field.

Additional Job Details:
Setup and Location: Officebased in Ortigas
Work Schedule: 6:00 AM3:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Fulltime
