Job Description

As a ServiceNow Product Owner you will:
  • Define and maintain the vision for ServiceNow across the organization ensuring cohesion and alignment throughout its lifecycle.
  • Lead the creation and management of the product roadmap for ServiceNow based on the strategic vision.
  • Oversee ServiceNow upgrades migrations and licensing processes to ensure smooth transitions and implementation.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow teams across different business units to identify and prioritize feature additions removals and updates.
  • Work with key stakeholders such as Product Owners Engineering Managers and Heads of Technology to translate their needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Address gaps in ServiceNow usage making recommendations to enhance functionality and optimize features.
  • Manage and enhance ServiceNow data elements such as Incident Management Problem Management Change Management and CMDB.
  • Lead and coordinate efforts related to ServiceNow dashboards CMDB and data improvements with all teams.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Handson experience with various versions of ServiceNow.
  • Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades migration processes and licensing.
  • Proven ability to define a product vision and create a cohesive roadmap based on business needs.
  • Strong background in ServiceNow data management including Incident Management Problem Management Change Management and CMDB.
  • Demonstrated experience working with crossfunctional teams to drive product enhancements and resolve usage gaps.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels and influence product direction.
  • ServiceNow certification is preferred.
  • Dutch language proficiency is a plus.

  • Anticipate the needs of various teams and translate them into clear product requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively across different teams aligning efforts to deliver service improvements and meet organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic direction and make datadriven recommendations to enhance ServiceNow functionality and impact.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
