Job Description
As a Product Owner you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to develop and maintain a product vision and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Lead two BizDevOps teams acting as the functional lead and owner of the product bridging the gap between business strategy and product execution.
- Manage the product development life cycle prioritize a product backlog and optimize the value delivered by the teams in each sprint.
- Balance and evaluate change requests across categories such as license to operate product development and customer demands.
- Foster a you build it you run it approach taking responsibility for products in development regression and production.
- Actively engage and collaborate with stakeholders and teams to structure work effectively using tools like Jira LeanKit Planview and MS Office.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance Business Economics IT or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in project management product management or product development.
- Strong knowledge of software delivery and maintenance processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
