You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Sales Coordinator is responsible to assist operationally and administratively in the achievement of department’s pre-determined sales and revenue targets.
1. Administrative Support
Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and calls for the sales team. Ensure that all sales activities and events are well-organized.
Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales reports, contracts, quotations, and presentations. Ensure that sales documents are accurate and up-to-date.
Database Management: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with information about leads, opportunities, clients, and sales activities.
Sales Order Processing: Assist with processing sales orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, and orders are sent to the relevant departments (e.g., production, shipping).
2. Client and Vendor Interaction
Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the sales team and clients, providing information about products, services, and orders.
Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support, ensuring a positive relationship with existing and potential clients.
Follow-ups: Follow up with clients to confirm orders, deliveries, or any other outstanding matters, ensuring timely responses.
3. Sales Team Support
Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads by conducting research and outreach activities.
Sales Presentations: Help prepare and customize sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to support the sales team.
Sales Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking sales performance against targets and preparing regular reports for the sales manager or leadership team.
Meeting Coordination: Organize sales team meetings, including setting agendas, taking meeting notes, and tracking action items.
4. Order Management
Order Processing: Manage incoming orders and ensure that they are processed quickly and accurately. Work closely with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.
Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory or warehouse team to track product availability and manage stock levels in relation to orders.
Client Billing: Ensure that clients are invoiced correctly and that payment terms are followed.
