• You will take part in building and expanding our brand presence in Italy by establishing successful partnerships with key influencers on various platforms.
• Identifying contacting and negotiating with influencers and agencies to create mutually beneficial collaborations ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement in the Italian market.
• Tracking and analyzing the success of influencer partnerships through key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure a datadriven approach for maximizing return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborating closely with other teams related to the Italian market to integrate influencer marketing into larger campaigns for maximum impact.
• Staying uptodate on industry trends competitor strategies and new social media platforms to keep our brand ahead of the curve in the Italian market.

Your profile

• Ideally you can join us in January and support us around 1520 hours per week.
• You are currently enrolled at a university and studying something related to business communication marketing or a similar field as a working student you have to be enrolled in a university!
• You live in Berlin or the surrounding area and are happy to be on site at our headquarters in Schneberg.
• Your heart beats for Italy you speak and write Italian fluently and have strong English skills.
• Any previous experience in influencer marketing is a plus but not required.
• You are familiar with social media platforms especially in Italy and enjoy staying up to date with the latest influencer marketing trends.
• You are creative flexible and organized. Managing your time and handling multiple smaller projects at once is no problem for you.
• You have great communication and negotiation skills and enjoy building relationships.
