We are on the lookout for a Working Student German Tax Compliance to join the Tax Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Your mission:

• You provide assistance in the preparation and submission of various tax returns

• Your role involves conducting thorough research on local tax laws regulations and compliance requirements to ensure the accuracy and currency of information.

• You compile and organize financial data receipts and relevant documents from different departments and the bookkeeping system facilitating efficient tax reporting.

• You support the analysis and reconciliation of tax accounts promptly identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective measures as needed.

• You assist the tax department in addressing inquiries and requests from local tax authorities contributing to effective communication and compliance.

• Your responsibilities include aiding in the analysis of tax provisions and accruals for financial reporting purposes.

• You collaborate with other departments to gather essential information necessary for tax compliance and reporting.

• You assist in the establishment and maintenance of tax compliance processes and controls ensuring adherence to regulations.

• You diligently track filing deadlines and assist in the timely submission of tax forms and payments.

• You participate in the review and verification of tax assessments notices and refunds ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.

• Additionally you provide general administrative support to the tax department encompassing tasks such as file maintenance document organization and correspondence management.

Qualifications :

Your heroic skills:

• You are currently enrolled in your Bachelor or Masters studies at a university in Germany and are taking classes with a tax legal or business background

• You are looking for a longterm working relationship (6month contract with at least 16h/week)

• You are keen on gaining broad expertise in our Delivery Hero Tax environment

• You are a strong communicator in both German and English
