Remote Office acting as a dedicated HR partner for our clients is on the hunt for a AEM Backend Developer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) backend development including building and maintaining scalable highperformance solutions. This role requires a proactive developer who excels at integrating backend functionality with robust content management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities and nbsp;
- Develop and maintain backend services for AEMbased applications including components templates and workflows. and nbsp;
- Design and implement scalable modular solutions using Java and OSGi frameworks. and nbsp;
- Configure and manage AEM instances including author publish and dispatcher environments. and nbsp;
- Integrate thirdparty APIs and services with AEM for dynamic content delivery. and nbsp;
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of backend functionality. and nbsp;
- Optimise backend performance and ensure system scalability and reliability. and nbsp;
- Debug troubleshoot and resolve issues in AEM environments. and nbsp;
- Stay updated on the latest AEM features tools and best practices to improve development processes. and nbsp;
Technical Expertise: and nbsp;
- Handson experience with AEM 6.x or higher including building custom components templates and workflows. and nbsp;
- Proficiency in Sling Models OSGi bundles and AEM JCR (Java Content Repository). and nbsp;
- Experience with AEM dispatcher configuration for caching and load balancing. and nbsp;
- Proficiency in Java including servlets RESTful services and multithreading. and nbsp;
- Familiarity with Apache Sling HTL (Sightly) and AEM Clientlibs. and nbsp;
- Experience integrating thirdparty APIs and using tools like SOAP/REST services. and nbsp;
- Knowledge of JCR queries and indexing in AEM. and nbsp;
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL (preferred). and nbsp;
Additional Skills: and nbsp;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g. Git). and nbsp;
- Experience with AEM Cloud Service or migrating AEM to cloud environments (preferred). and nbsp;
- Knowledge of performance tuning and scalability techniques for enterpriselevel applications. and nbsp;
