As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently input data from various forms related to drug test results into our system.
Responsibilities
- Precisely screen and verify documents before data entry adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Review and process chain of custody forms ensuring accuracy of information.
- Input missing information from custody forms into our management system.
- Enter and manage laboratory results and breath alcohol test outcomes.
- Apply electronic stamps to finalized results.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets across various queues including data entry and document screening.
- Occasionally support customer service initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma with some college medical training or relevant industry experience.
- At least 3 years of data entry experience.
- Associates degree (preferred).
