Job Description
As an Associate at Hiigher you ll be part of a forwardthinking digital marketing team contributing to impactful projects while developing foundational skills. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or entrylevel professionals who are passionate about learning possess strong written English skills and thrive in an independent work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in training sessions and workshops focused on digital marketing and jobspecific skills.
- Assist in creating and managing content campaigns and other marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional client results.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support marketing strategies.
- Draft and review professional communications ensuring clarity and quality.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide fresh creative perspectives.
- Learn and apply company processes and best practices to daily tasks.
- Perform administrative and operational duties as required.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (training will be provided).
- Strong research organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Creativity and a willingness to contribute new ideas.
- Basic familiarity with tools like Canva Google Analytics or social media platforms SEO is a plus.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Common sense a proactive approach and the ability to problemsolve effectively.
- Selfmotivated with a strong ability to work independently.
