- 1012 years of overall IT experience with a strong development background.
- 23 years of recent handson experience in OutSystems development.
- Proven track record of leading a team or squad of up to 6 members.
- Strong technical leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Flexible working arrangement: Workfromhome with office presence in North Sydney.
- Immediate start date with readiness to lead from day one.
- Expertise in designing delivering and optimising enterprisegrade OutSystems solutions.
- A passion for innovation collaboration and driving team success.
- Full work rights to work in Australia
- Located in Sydney and ability to commence with in 2 weeks time
