Job Description

IT Support Technician 12 months Alkmaar

Our important client based in Alkmaar is currently looking for an IT Technician for a 24month contract.

Details below:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Onsite IT Technician to join our team at the FCC Industrial office in Germany. In this role you will provide essential IT support addressing incidents and service requests to ensure seamless technology operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure PCs software and other IT equipment.
Resolve technical incidents and fulfill service requests.
Provide user support and troubleshooting.
Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment such as printers routers and access points (APs) when required.
Collaborate closely with a Madridbased coordination team for training procedures and tools to perform your duties effectively.

What We re Looking For:

Handson experience with IT support including hardware installation and software troubleshooting.
Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused attitude.
Ability to work independently onsite while maintaining clear communication with remote teams.
Flexibility to assist with diverse technical challenges as they arise.
