Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide technical support while responding to email and ISmart requests.
- Assist with installation and troubleshooting applications used in Sutherland s environment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware Issues
- Work with the Deskside Support team to ensure all IT assets are maintain as per Sutherland s Standard
- Provide support on all local IT projects to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate technical issues to the support teams
- Clearly identify document and escalate critical IT issues to the appropriate level of management and engineering expertise
- Integrity/Honesty Smart/Critical Thinking Teaming
Requirements
Qualifications & requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows OS with troubleshooting ability.
- Interpersonal skills and good communication skills
- High interest in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to function as an individual contributor member of a team and adhere to supervision.
- At least 5 CSEC including IT or Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
