Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing
strategies to meet targets set by top management. This role focuses on leading and guiding the
sales team to achieve their goals effectively. The ideal candidate must have strong connections in
the vending business FMCG Horeca food and beverage and retail market to drive business
growth and support the team in performing their duties exceptionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and achieve sales targets as defined by top management.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies in food and beverage Horeca and vending
sectors.
Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the targeted markets.
Analyze market trends to adapt strategies and ensure success.
Provide regular performance reports with recommendations for strategy improvement.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Advanced skills in digital marketing, including managing digital campaigns. English Proficiency: Professional-level English proficiency in both spoken and written communication. Willingness to Travel: Ability and readiness to travel locally and internationally as required by the job. Sports Investment Knowledge: A good understanding of sports investment areas. Persuasive Skills: Strong ability to persuade and influence, with effective communication skills. Email Management: Skill in drafting and sending professional emails to maintain clear communication with clients.
