Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the regional operations ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Coordinate local teams including managing staff volunteers and stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of regional programs and activities related to robotics and STEM education.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Cultivate relationships with local schools institutions government agencies and other partners.
- Provide regular reports on regional activities and progress to senior management.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of regional robotics competitions and events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in education engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in program management particularly in the education or nonprofit sectors.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of robotics or STEM education is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
