Description and Deliverables of the Service
Participate in the daytoday administration of Finance tools related to the configuration of consolidation and management analysis.
Contribute to the development of Finance tools and Office documents required for the production of consolidated and management accounts.
Continuously seek to optimize processes and improve Finance tools.
Assist in the production of reports and forecast phases.
Administer Finance tools (SAP FC Jedox and Cegid):
- Manage user access.
- Operate the hotline: resolve user issues and work with the hosting provider to address critical malfunctions.
- Monitor the availability and performance of the tools.
Perform functional administration of SAP FC:
- Generate reporting packages.
- Manage automated tasks.
- Create consolidations.
Participate in specific developments in the tool and validate configurations.
Enhance configurations using specific repository enrichment tools.
Update permanent documentation and configuration tracking files.
Support the implementation of new versions/patches of the tool including comprehensive testing of functionalities.
Receive exchange rates in SAP FC and JEDOX and communicate them to the subsidiaries (SAP FC) and the Treasury Department (JEDOX).
Contribute to the SAP FC replacement project:
- Work closely with the Reporting & Finance IT Manager to ensure mutual backup during absences.
Continuous improvement and development of JEDOX (reporting tool) in collaboration with the Management Control team.
Train users on SAP FC and JEDOX.
