Job Description
As a Data Integrity Analyst youll be the guardian of accurate healthcare data. Youll analyze and validate information ensuring data consistency across systems. Leverage your research skills to verify and enrich healthcare data and utilize SQL to create insightful reports. Collaborate with team members to optimize data quality and drive datadriven decisions.

Your Daily Tasks:
- Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct web research to verify and enrich healthcare data.
- Utilize SQL to query and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
- Organize and maintain data records for optimal accessibility.
- Review and address user feedback on data corrections documenting all changes.
- Collaborate with teams to improve data quality and support datadriven decisions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of validation processes and research findings.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis research or a similar data accuracy/integrity role.
- Familiarity with healthcare data and the ability to work with large datasets (a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data management functions and analysis tools.
- Intermediate SQL skills for querying and managing data in relational databases (preferred).
- Strong web research skills using search engines and online resources effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication for clear reporting and collaboration.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive approach to improving processes and workflows.
