Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst
Work setup: Hybrid in EastGate Business Center Masinag Antipolo Rizal
Work schedule: Shifting
Salary Package: PHP 70000 PHP 150000
Target start date: January 27 2025
Headcount: 1
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of BPO experience in a multisite multiclient BPO environment.
At least 3 years of experience in Report Analytics SQL and PowerBI (REQUIRED).
Ability to work independently and closely with the assigned campaigns.
Flexible with extending shifts when needed.
Bachelors degree preferably within a quantitative area (Operations Accounting
Engineering Economics etc.)
Willing to work on hybrid set up at Antipolo City
Job Description:
This role will work directly with both client and internal call center stakeholders to
build customize generate and analyze reports that leverage a wide range of
data sets to better understand efficacy of marketing initiatives quality metrics
customer behaviors and overall KPI attainment.
Strong proficiency in Excel SQL for data extraction and creating compelling analysis reports and slides for different audiences.
Experience with visualization and dashboarding tools like PowerBI Looker Tableau.
Preference for Lean Six Sigma and COPCtrained or certified
Knowledge of Freshworks Salesforce or similar is a plus.
