Job Description
We are currently seeking a .NET Programmer Analyst 3 for a fulltime Hybrid opportunity in Richmond VA. As a .NET Programmer Analyst 3 you will design develop and maintain software applications using .NET technologies. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver highquality solutions that meet business needs.
**MUST BE LOCATED IN RICHMOND VA**
**MUST BE WILLING TO WORK 3 DAYS ONSITE**
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain .NET applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze and improve existing software systems.
- Develop technical specifications and architecture.
- Write clean scalable and efficient code.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
- Conduct unit testing and support system testing.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a .NET Programmer Analyst or similar role.
- At least 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Programming in C#
- .NET Framework and .NET Core
- MVC and WebForms applications
- Web services
- Windows Service development
- JavaScript including JQuery or other JavaScript libraries
- HTML and CSS
- Mobile and responsive design practices
- Working with Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Transact SQL language
- Git SCM
- Jira and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of application security.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) is a plus.
