Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers resolving workplace conflicts and fostering a positive environment.
Immigration Management: Handle the full cycle of immigration cases including H1B PERM and other visa processes ensuring compliance.
Compensation Analysis: Conduct salary benchmarking and total rewards analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
Performance Management: Drive the performance management process fostering accountability and professional growth.
Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local state and federal laws with an emphasis on complex jurisdictions like New York and California.
HR Operations: Oversee onboarding offboarding payroll processes benefits administration and HRIS management.
Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain a highperformance culture aligned with organizational goals.
DataDriven DecisionMaking: Leverage HR metrics to prepare detailed reports identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
Bachelor s degree in human resources business administration or a related field.
5 10 years of relevant HR experience including at least 3 years in a management role.
Proven experience with employee relations immigration management (H1B L2) compensation analysis and performance management.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices especially in complex jurisdictions.
Experience managing processes related to billable hours and bench pay.
Familiarity with systems such as Trinet Employee Navigator SAP Systems or NetSuite is a plus.
SHRMCP or PHR certification is preferred.
Handson approach with excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
