Job Description


Job Title:Mechanical Engineer (HVAC & Fire Fighting Expert)
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Salary: Negotiable (Expat Package)

About Our Client:
Our client is a key player in a consortium dedicated to delivering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabias
ambitious National Renewable Energy Program. This initiative aims to achieve a total renewable
energy capacity of 11.4 GW once fully operational.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and analyze HVAC and fire protection systems ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.Utilize software tools for modeling and simulations to optimize system performance and energy efficiency.
  • Project Management: Manage HVAC and fire fighting projects from conception to completion including planning scheduling and resource allocation.Coordinate with architects contractors and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintenance and Support:Develop and implement maintenance programs for HVAC and fire protection systems ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
  • Performance Testing and Commissioning:
  • Oversee the testing and commissioning of HVAC and fire fighting systems to verify functionality and compliance with design criteria.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams and endusers regarding system operation and troubleshooting.
  • Regulatory Compliance:Stay informed about relevant codes standards and regulations related to HVAC and fire protection systems.
  • Ensure all designs and installations comply with safety regulations and best practices.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed documentation including design calculations specifications and reports for project stakeholders.
  • Maintain records of project progress changes and maintenance activities.


Requirements

EXPERIENCE
  • B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (approved by Saudi Council of Engineers)
  • Eight (8) years of total experience with at least four (4) years experience in relevant to Mechanical (HVAC Firefighting & Plant facilities) QAQC inspection.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable International standards SEC standards construction & maintenance procedures and material testing procedures
  • Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Equivalent.
  • Proven experience in HVAC and fire fighting system design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit HAP or similar tools).
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
