Responsibilities:
Safety Policy Development & Implementation:
- Develop implement and maintain safety policies procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.
Risk Assessment & Incident Management:
- Perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents accidents and nearmisses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and maintain records of safety inspections incidents and corrective actions.
Training & Awareness:
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Promote a culture of safety through workshops meetings and communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Safety Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in safety engineering or occupational health and safety.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g. NEBOSH OSHA) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations risk assessment and incident investigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Nationality: Saudi is a Must
