GenZ Talent is seeking highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineers to join our clients in Lahore and Islamabad Pakistan. As a Machine Learning Engineer you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cuttingedge machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and understand business requirements and develop solutions.
Analyze large complex datasets to identify patterns and trends and extract meaningful insights.
Continuously research and evaluate new machinelearning techniques and tools to improve existing models and algorithms.
Develop and maintain scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make necessary improvements.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and availability for machine learning projects.
Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to nontechnical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
Minimum of 25 years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
Strong programming skills in Python R or Java.
Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikitlearn.
Knowledge of data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation techniques.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
