Job Description
Are you a friendly and outgoing individual with a passion for customer service We are looking for a dedicated Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for processing transactions providing exceptional service to our customers and creating a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries or concerns.
- Efficiently operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Handle cash credit and debit transactions ensuring proper payment procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Respond to customer questions and provide information about products and services.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as necessary.
- Promote sales and special offers to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail cashiering or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
