Job Title: Senior Associate Verizon Process (International Voice)

- Role: Senior Associate.
- Process: Verizon Process (International Voice Process).
- Experience: Minimum 8 months of experience in international voice process (on paper).
- Qualification: Any Undergraduate (UG) Graduate (G) or Postgraduate (PG).
- Languages Required:
- Excellent English.
- Salary: Up to 4.6 LPA Incentives.
- Shifts:
- 5 days working.
- Rotational shifts.
- 2 weekoffs.
- Benefits: 2way cab facility.
- Location: Hitech City Hyderabad.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support for Verizon services in an international voice process.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Meet quality and performance metrics on calls.
- Maintain professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and performance.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in an international voice process.
- Strong customer service skills and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle dynamic work environments.
- Goaloriented and targetdriven.
