Job Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients across various industries.
Build and nurture relationships with key decisionmakers within client organizations.
Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service delivery.
Tieups and Partnerships:
Identify opportunities for strategic tieups and partnerships with new and existing clients.
Negotiate and finalize agreements contracts and partnerships that align with the companys objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of partnership initiatives.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives:
Research and identify companies engaged in CSR activities particularly those targeting PSUs.
Establish connections and engage with CSR decisionmakers to explore partnership opportunities.
Develop proposals and presentations highlighting the benefits of collaborating on CSR initiatives.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients market segments and growth opportunities.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports presentations and updates on sales activities pipeline status and client engagements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions agreements and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in corporate sales business development or account management roles
Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
Track record of achieving sales targets
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
