Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance
- Experience with new plant /acquisition and operations setup
- Manage daytoday operations including budgeting resource allocation and scheduling
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals
Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Six Sigma Certification or Internal Training a MUST HAVE
- Manufacturing Background Preferred
- Proven experience in an operations management role with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management tools and software applications
- Experience in implementing quality management systems is a plus
