Position Overview
We are looking for a fluent Italianspeaking Customer Advisor to join our vibrant team in Athens Greece. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to Italianspeaking clients while working onsite at our stateoftheart facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls emails and live chat inquiries from Italianspeaking customers.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries about products services or technical issues.
- Identify customer needs offer solutions and guide them through problem resolution.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Update and maintain customer records in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with quality standards and security regulations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Good command of English for internal communication.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Athens Greece.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office CRM systems).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
