Job Description
Boost IT (Emagine Group) is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team on a 12month contract. This role is primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements at our Athens office.
Tasks
As a Scrum Master you will play a key role in managing BusinessasUsual (BAU) projects including:
Detox work
Vulnerability Management
DORA compliance
You will work closely with a crossfunctional team consisting of:
- Two external consultants
- Two offshore resources
- Local Head of IT
- Technology Lead
Your primary responsibility will be to consolidate all activities into a single backlog lead the Scrum team and establish an effective workflow.
Requirements
Background in both Project Management & Product Ownership
Experience running Scrum teams and prioritizing tasks
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
Ability to foster collaboration and ensure smooth team dynamics
Fluent English level (both spoken and written)
