We are a real estate investment fund specializing in the acquisition of healthcare commercial properties. Our dynamic team is passionate about streamlining processes and creating value in our portfolio. We're looking to add a Real Estate Operations Assistant to help us scale operations and manage critical tasks during property acquisitions.
Role Overview:
The Real Estate Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in managing postLOI (Letter of Intent) administrative tasks coordinating property acquisition steps and centralizing data for efficient workflow. This individual will be instrumental in supporting our high deal volume and ensuring that our team can focus on strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate administrative tasks postLOI including:
Scheduling appraisals inspections and surveys.
Gathering and organizing propertyrelated reports.
Develop concise summary decks and presentations for internal team reviews.
Centralize and manage data across platforms such as Dropbox spreadsheets and online data warehouses.
Assist with cold calling and initial outreach to prospects as needed.
Manage and prioritize a highvolume email inbox ensuring timely responses and organization.
Support document preparation and management for deal closings.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar administrative or operations role ideally in real estate or property management.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (clientfacing experience preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Suite and spreadsheet tools.
Familiarity with Dropbox or similar file management systems.
Tech Savvy: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools such as Deal.com for contractor management.
Mindset: Proactive detailoriented and capable of managing ambiguity in fastpaced environments.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with healthcare commercial property acquisitions.
Background in coordinating multistep processes across diverse stakeholders.
Experience with cold calling or client outreach.
Work Schedule:
Fulltime 40 hours per week.
