The successful applicant will share an on-call role, as well as outpatient consulting, teaching and the opportunity for an appointment to the University. Adult Medical services include respiratory, cardiac, chemotherapy, renal and palliative care.
We are looking for someone who is eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist in General Medicine, and/or overseas trained specialist pathways, who has recent clinical experience in General Medicine, who will work well as part of a multidisciplinary team , who can communicate effectively through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills and who as part of a wider team will share in the on-call roster and to respond on site within a reasonable time.
