About the Job
Were looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager GTM (m/f/d) to join the team in our portfolio company and manage its product growth strategies.

They are on a mission to unlock the vast potential of crossborder supply for the Western Market by providing access to highquality construction materials at a global scale through their innovative platform. Since its launch in January 2022 the company has successfully served hundreds of companies and generated exponential growth toward profitability.
Its distinct competitive advantage lies in its ability to organize the supply chain through digital innovation. Eliminating middlemen and embracing techfirst and AI it creates a seamless connection between suppliers and buyers. Its proprietary platform technology not only facilitates supply and demand matching but also offers a comprehensive suite of services including cloud inventory management fulfillment solutions and fintech capabilities.
Since its inception the company has been at the forefront of construction material management helping companies access highquality materials efficiently and costeffectively. The platform provides a userfriendly experience that empowers businesses to thrive. The team currently counts 75 FTEs located across Germany (Berlin HQ) China and India. The company is on track to achieve profitability and generate tripledigit million GMV.
In this role youll:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to uncover unmet needs and market opportunities
- Align product strategies with business goals market demands and technological advancements
- Plan and execute successful product launches in partnership with engineering sales and customer support teams
- Partner with teams to design and deliver impactful highquality products within ambitious timelines
- Analyse industry trends customer feedback and competitive landscapes to guide product decisionmaking
- Own the product lifecycle by driving discovery MVP development and postlaunch performance tracking as well as constant iteration
- Establish feedback loops conduct user interviews and refine features to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
Your Profile
- 5 years of experience in product management with a successful track record of discovering and launching B2B products
- Strong understanding of product discovery gotomarket strategies and market research methodologies
- Familiarity with FinTech AI SaaS or related industries; experience in marketplace models is a plus
- Skilled in leveraging data to inform decisions and measure product performance
- Experience conducting user interviews and developing MVPs in fastpaced iterative processes
- Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
