Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute complex repairs on a variety of equipment ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards.
Diagnostic Expertise:
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve intricate issues with mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems.
Project Management:
- Oversee largescale maintenance projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the required specifications.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and manage a team of technicians fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
Safety Oversight
- Implement and monitor strict safety protocols ensuring all team members adhere to best practices to maintain a safe workplace.
Operational Efficiency:

Customer Relations:
