Bachelors degree in business administration Computer Science Engineering MBA or related field preferred
Knowledge to identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance relative to the goals of the system.
Knowledge of Cisco LAN and Routing equipment; Knowledge of Windows 10 Windows 11 Windows Server 2013 and 2018 and client software used to support a LAN/WAN environment.
Knowledge of Mainframe Emulation Tools; Knowledge of PC based software; Strong knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN) DHCP DNS TCP/IP SSL VPN and routing protocols; Strong network troubleshooting skills.
