PURCHASING ASSISTANT GERMAN SPEAKING
ECommerce Beauty Shop
Based in Arnhem
Our client is a leading name in this fastgrowing sector specializing in providing highquality hair and beauty products to their customers. They have a portfolio of more than 20000 highquality products and more than 170 professional brands. As an Purchasing Assistant you are the linchpin in their financial processes and contribute to continuous development.
The Role
You will be responsible for order processing for a fixed supplier portfolio and ensure that everything runs smoothly
You will support suppliers during the ordering process
You will maintain material and purchasing master data and work closely with the team to optimize processes
You will be involved in the processing of logistics defects and will be in constant contact with the Contact with our suppliers whether in writing by phone or in person What you bring to the table:
Openness to new things and the desire to get involved in purchasing even if you have previously worked in another industry
Your profile
Completed training ideally in the commercial sector or corresponding professional experience supplemented by a degree from a commercial school
Very good knowledge of German (any additional language is a plus) as well as strong communication skills and team spirit
You work in a structured independent manner and keep track of things even in stressful situations
