Role Overview:
As a Client services assistant you ll play a crucial role in supporting the EMEA Sales Team with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. Youll handle proposals CRM updates reporting and internal and external communications making you a key part of the companys success.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft proposals for the EMEA Sales Team.
Update and maintain the CRM system.
Generate weekly and monthly reports.
Handle inquiries and communications with internal and external clients via email.
Collaborate with Legal Finance QA and other departments to ensure processes run smoothly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor level of education or thinking.
Proactive and organized approach to work.
Ability to handle stress and multitask effectively.
Strong communication skills and a team player mentality.
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Outlook PowerPoint and Excel.
