Key Responsibilities:
Capture fingerprints of candidates booked via MIE fingerprint zone.
Submit verification checks on the MIE portal including credit checks qualification checks ID verification and criminal checks using Smart Screen.
Liaise with suppliers to verify candidate checks including those conducted outside South Africa.
Submit checks via the XDS platform for clients handling insurance claims.
Submit checks via Umalusi and coordinate directly for matric verifications.
Conduct reference checks for candidates.
Prepare and send provisional and final reports on candidate check results to clients.
Coordinate with MIE regarding candidates booked at our branch for fingerprint capture.
Handle adhoc administrative tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
Minimum of Matric (Grade 12).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Computer literate and proficient in basic software and systems.
Eager to learn and improve skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and teamoriented mindset.
