The client is an expanding Microsoft MSP based here in Dublin. They need an experienced Technical Support Engineer who has proven experience supporting Microsoft products to join their team.
You need to be at least a Level 2 IT Engineer you need to be based in or close to Dublin and you need to be legal to work in Ireland with either an EU passport or the correct visa/work permit.
Requirements
You will have the following key skills for the L2 Technical Support role...
- Proven IT experience supporting Microsoft products within an MSP
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Windows Server
- Exchange
- Endpoint Manager / Intune
- Azure experience is a bonus
- Sharepoint
- VMware
- Windows 11
- Excellent client communication skills with good clear English.
- Living in or near Dublin and legal to work in Ireland.

The client is based in North Dublin & during probation you will be expected to be in the office 5 days per week however after probation you can have some WFH days.
