Job Description
As an Outbound Sales and Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant you ll play a pivotal role in the company s expansion by managing a high volume of qualified leads for both custom flooring projects and exclusive training programs. You ll be the voice of the company engaging with potential clients ranging from individual homeowners to businesses and contractors. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a niche highvalue service industry combining technical knowledge with artistic flair. You ll be instrumental in closing sales for training classes and setting up highvalue appointments for custom flooring projects directly contributing to the company s growth and success.

- Utilize cuttingedge automation tools and CRM systems to qualify effectively and prioritize leads
- Close sales for our soughtafter training classes articulating the unique benefits and addressing customer inquiries with confidence
- Schedule inperson appointments for potential flooring clients ensuring highquality lead conversion and setting the stage for successful projects
- Master and communicate the distinctive selling points of our premium epoxy flooring and specialized training services
- Skillfully manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to maximize conversion rates and drive business growth

Requirements
- Proven track record in outbound sales or appointment setting ideally within a servicebased or luxury goods industry
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Demonstrated aptitude for understanding and explaining technical or artistic concepts to a diverse range of potential customers
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and automated sales tools with a willingness to adapt to new technologies
- Outstanding time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Quick learner with a genuine interest in epoxy flooring techniques and artisan training programs
- Thrives in a performancedriven work environment with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Fluent English speaker with clear pronunciation and excellent listening skills
